Previews are always free. You only pay if you choose to publish. If something goes wrong, here's how refunds work.
Setup fee
If your published site has a defect we can't fix within 7 days of you reporting it, we refund the setup fee in full and take the site down.
Monthly hosting
Cancel anytime. The current billing period is non-refundable, but you keep the site until the period ends.
Add-ons
AI changes, blog posts, and new pages are non-refundable once the work has been generated.
How to request a refund
Email billing@versedsites.com from your account email with a short description. We respond within one business day.
