Pricing & billing
Why is there a setup fee?+
The first build is the most expensive thing we do — AI tokens, custom copy, original design. After that, monthly hosting covers infrastructure and ongoing AI edits.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard. We'll keep your site live through your last paid day and email you a clean export.
Refunds?+
If your published site has a bug we can't fix within 7 days, we refund the setup fee. Full policy on the refund page.
Domains & ownership
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes, on every plan. We'll walk you through the DNS records, or buy a domain for you in-app.
Who owns the site?+
You do. Always. Cancel anytime and we hand you an export of every page.
Will it rank in Google?+
We do the SEO work — sitemap, semantic HTML, LocalBusiness JSON-LD, fast SSR, Google Search Console wiring. Rankings still depend on your market and reviews.
Edits & growth
How do AI edits work?+
From your dashboard, type what you want changed. "Move the menu to the right. Update Sunday hours. Add a holiday banner." Done in seconds.
Can I add a blog or shop?+
Yes. Pro plan includes a blog with AI-written posts. Online shop is available as an add-on.
Can I add more locations?+
Yes. Multi-location pages are supported on Pro and Agency.
